When information is scattered, every question takes time.

Today

A batch's history rebuilt by hand.

With Agri ALFRED

Every pallet keeps its links to the units it came from and the units it became.

How it works

From supplier to customer, in one flow.

Each step records information that stays linked to the goods, from arrival to the delivery note.

  1. Supplier orders

Record orders to suppliers and prepare for incoming goods.

  2. Goods-in and identification

Pallet, product, grower, batch, weights and cases. A barcode label is generated straight away.

  3. Stock

See the units on hand, grouped by product, and their movements.

  4. Processing

Record inputs and outputs, operators, duration and costs of each job.

  5. Order, dispatch and documents

Fulfil orders, compare ordered, supplied and dispatched quantities, generate delivery notes and labels.

Traceability

Every unit of goods has its own identity.

Every recorded pallet gets its own identity. When goods are processed, the new units keep their link to the ones they came from.

  • From a delivered product, trace back to the batch and the grower.
  • From a batch, find every related delivery.
  • Links are kept after every processing step.

FAQ

Before we talk.

Who is it for?

Fresh produce warehouses, packing centres and businesses that receive, process and ship fresh produce of variable weight.

How does it follow goods after processing?

Each job records the incoming and outgoing units. New pallets stay linked to the ones they came from, so a product's history can be read in both directions.

Can customers and suppliers log in?

Yes. Agri ALFRED includes private areas for customers and suppliers, with dedicated profiles and permissions.

Does it adapt to our products and processes?

Several master data lists can be configured directly by users. Other classifications require a software update: we assess them together, starting from your process.

Does it connect to other software?

Today you can export your data. Integrations with other management systems are among the developments being studied: tell us which tools you use.

How much does it cost and how do we start?

Terms and onboarding are agreed with ALFRED based on your needs. The first step is a conversation about your warehouse.
